In September 2011, the first middle-level management class of Hongfa Management College graduated! The middle class lasted for 8 months and systematically studied modern basic management theory knowledge; Establish a systematic thinking foundation for future management work.
The students in the middle class are actively participating in the class courses, learning from each other. The teaching process of the first middle class has also accumulated experience and deposited teaching methods for the future development of Hongfa Management College;
Management is a highly flexible course that does not have a perfect model to replicate. However, it requires certain conditions that can be implemented, which can be visible, such as factory buildings, materials, invoices, site, equipment, personnel, and so on; It can also be invisible, such as cultural atmosphere, interpersonal relationships, previous management routines and models, personnel mentality, etc;
So the discipline of 'management' has strong practicality;
We can learn the tricks, but without the soil to use them, no matter how high the moves are, there is no place for martial arts; The students in the middle class have graduated qualified, but they are facing an even more challenging task - how to apply the learned routines to their own work and improve their departmental management level; If this is not implemented, studying for another 3 years will be of no use to the company or individuals;
Today we learned a sentence, even a word, remembered it, used it, and it had an effect; This is - ability for you; For departments, it means - performance;
Commonly used to create an environment, improve thinking, and enhance culture; If you encounter any problems, students in the middle class can come back at any time. This is always our academy, and we will assist you in discussing together, sorting out the best models and routines, and fighting again.
Learning is not over. Through practical experience, theory is combined with practice, and on the basis of collaborative efforts, one can organize their own management routines that are suitable for the characteristics of Hongfa and have departmental features, forming their own management style; This requires us to stand on a higher management thinking foundation, preferably overlooking the factory. At that time, our team's level will have a qualitative leap; The entire group will also further soar.
